Information we process

When you create an account or purchase, Sparks +EV processes: your email address; a securely hashed password (never your plain-text password); billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, such as your Stripe customer, subscription, and payment identifiers; your subscription and purchase status and entitlement history; if you link Telegram, your Telegram chat identifier; and support communications you send us. Payment-card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by Sparks +EV.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure your account, verify entitlements, deliver member services and alerts you requested, process billing events, prevent abuse and content redistribution, respond to support requests, and maintain the security of the service. Sparks +EV does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Sparks +EV uses Stripe for payment processing and billing management, and Telegram for alert delivery when you link it. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. Sparks +EV does not currently load advertising trackers on this site.

Browser storage

The site uses essential storage only: a sign-in session cookie when you are logged in, local browser storage for privacy-notice acknowledgement, and the member disclaimer acknowledgement. See the Cookie Policy.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, fraud-prevention, and record-integrity purposes. Published pick and grading records are retained as part of the verified-results ledger.

Your requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@sparksev.com from the email address on your account. Deletion of billing records may be limited where retention is required for accounting or legal reasons.
