Terms of Service

These terms are a working commercial draft for the production launch of Sparks +EV. They state the actual terms that govern purchases and use of the service and are published for counsel review before billing opens.

Service

Sparks +EV provides informational sports analytics and published selections. The service does not accept wagers, execute bets, hold funds for wagering, or guarantee results. Past performance, including the published verified record, does not guarantee future results.

Eligibility

You may purchase and use paid Sparks +EV services only if you are at least 21 years old and the service is lawful where you are located. You are responsible for determining whether sports wagering is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

Paid access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Member access and individual pick access are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, scraped, or republished without written permission. Accounts that share or redistribute member content may be suspended without refund.

Membership pricing and renewal

The founding beta is offered at $99 per month through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, standard membership pricing is $199 per month, which applies at your first renewal on or after that date unless a different price is clearly disclosed at checkout. Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Individual picks

Individual picks may be offered for $50 each while available. A completed purchase unlocks the named pick for your account and, if you have linked Telegram, delivers its alert. A pick is sold only while its published number remains playable; if the number is no longer playable, the sale is closed and an incomplete purchase is not charged. If a charge completes but the pick is not unlocked, the purchase is refunded under the Refund Policy.

Delivery

Member picks are delivered through the member EV Board and, when linked, Telegram alerts. Delivery depends on third-party services and network availability; Sparks +EV does not guarantee uninterrupted or instantaneous delivery. Selections are price- and time-sensitive: a published selection carries a maximum playable boundary, and the same selection at a worse price is not the same bet.

Market movement

Sportsbook prices and lines can move after publication. A Sparks +EV selection is price-sensitive and may no longer be actionable if the market moves beyond its published maximum-playable boundary. Sparks +EV may publish updates or pass on a selection at any time; passing is a normal outcome of the service, not a service failure, and no minimum number of picks is promised in any period.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any law, to redistribute paid content, to interfere with the site or its data feeds, or to misrepresent Sparks +EV selections as your own product.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes to billing terms will be disclosed before they take effect at renewal. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
